For 25 years, OPTECH has shaped how the multifamily industry thinks about technology. Starting in 2025, the event is officially a part of the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC). To coincide with this important strategic decision, D*MNGOOD created an updated identity and visual language system that propels the brand to better compete with the top tech events in the country. Both bold and subtle, the new wordmark features two pixels that represent both the technology industry as well as the idea of people coming together at an exclusive event. The square shape is the basis for a system of crop, framing and pixel art pattern graphics that is refined and energetic. Pieces can be used in a variety of shades and scales – giving the brand flexibility for the future.
